I ordered a charm ages ago, why are you selling more when mine still hasn't even shipped?
This is a new process to me, I'm learning new things everyday! With the Shinyduo charms in particular, I had some trouble communicating with Vograce so the charms I had came in looking quite bad. If you ordered a charm and it has not come yet, fear not! I will make sure your charm gets to you before I start the process of my next batch of charms. I have not forgotten about you!
My order was lost in the mail!
I would highly suggest double checking your shipping information, or opening a lost mail claim with USPS/FedEX. If it was an issue on my end, contact me via social media or email!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But keep in mind I am based on the East Coast of the USA. So shipping may be expensive for non-domestic orders.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered if a mistake is made on my end. Otherwise, all sales are final!
